This will be a 'choose your own adventure' guide to making your own playlists based on where you are in your journey. It will take the form of a chart rather than playlists. 


New Project - Year of the Bimbo Training Plans
This is the upgrade from the "20 Days to Bambi Takeover" Plan

All of these plans will include the same set of playlists. The differences between the plans are much more based on how you schedule phases, and what order you listen to playlists in.

There are three main training plans: 


Each plan includes 3 types of playlists:

Conditioning Playlists:
These are your focus for locking in Bambi mindset, triggers, behaviors, and desires.
They include longer inductions so that your trances are deeper and more effective at a subconscious level.

Bambi Tune-up Playlists:
Each phase also includes optional Bambi Tune-up playlists. These are shorter playlists with quicker inductions, only intended to refresh your conditioning. You can use these throughout your time off to keep conditioning and triggers strong. Or, if you took a lot of time-off from Bambi and you are getting ready to dive into your next phase of conditioning, you can listen to a couple of these playlists first to avoid feeling like you have to start all over from phase 1!  

Awaken the Fantasy:
Each phase also includes a couple Awaken the Fantasy playlists.  These are great to use anytime during or after your current conditioning phase! Each fantasy playlist incorporates triggers from the current phase of conditioning. The first two phases give you Awaken and Obey playlists that include the training and control files. Phase 3 includes Fucktoy Fantasy files in both the conditioning and fantasy playlists.

Conditioning playlists are limited to 60-90 minutes    
Bambi Tune-up playlists are limited to 45-60 minutes   
Awaken the Fantasy playlists are limited to 30-45 minutes   


Can I do multiple days' playlists on the same day?
The entire plan is still designed based on the assumption that you only listen to 1 conditioning playlist per day. If you are really craving more audio, I recommend limiting Conditioning to one per day, then adding a Tune-up or Fantasy playlist to your agenda (after you have drank a little water, had a snack, and have done some shopping for sexy outfits!)


Adjusting Plan Based on Experience or Desire
The following three plans use the same set of playlists. But the order and schedule are adjusted based on your experience and desires .

Year of the Bimbo - Beginner:
Beginners usually only have time to listen to 1 or 2 playlists each week.
They also have not yet heard most of the files, if any.
- A beginner Bambi would likely stay in each phase for about 4 months. So, 3 phases, each 4 months long = 1 year of being a bimbo ;)
- The first 2-4 week of each phase are are Deep Conditioning Weeks.
Try to listen to at least 1-2 playlists per week.
During these weeks focus on Conditioning playlists. Listen to each of these at least once. (*Note that advanced users will recommend that beginners listen to these early files more than this! Personally I recommend cycling through all of the Bambi files/phases at the right pace, rather than spending too much time in one phase. Each time I have cycled through I have felt the conditioning run even deeper. But if you are new to hypnosis, you can listen to each of these playlists 2-3 times before moving on)
- The remaining 3 months are Bambi Time Off Weeks
Listen as often or as little as you like.
Cycle through the Tune-up and Fantasy playlists, and occasionally recondition with a Conditioning playlist.
- The Beginner plan includes an optional Phase 0, containing one playlist of files 1, 2, 3, and 10. This playlist is mainly for practicing and deepening trance.  (Phase 0 does not include the core conditioning files 4, 5 and 6 so the trigger of becoming Bambi when you put on your bimbo uniformed will not run deep until you move onto Phase 1 and listen to those).
- The week before you start phase 2 and phase 3 is a Bambi Tune-up Week
Listen to a couple of the Tune-up playlists or one of the Conditioning from each of the previous phases.
- If you are curious -- you can always try out a playlist from a future day or phase! This includes the Bambi Mental Makeover audio (which are otherwise intended to be used after you are familiar with all other files and are not explicitly included in this training plan). It's fun to get a taste of what you are doing all this training for after all :)
- Beginner Bambis don't have to stick strictly to the plan. They are less likely to listen regularly, may lose their place, make jump around, may take lots of time off, and so on! These are all acceptable. You can always start over, or if you think you want a more strict plan to keep you on track, you can move onto the Year of the Bimbo - Standard Training plan.


Year of the Bimbo - Standard (for intermediate and expert Bambis):
This is the straightforward, standard takeover plan most people will use.  
Basic Bambis plan to listen regularly.
They have heard some of the files but jumped around. Now they would like to try becoming Bambi for realzies.
- An intermediate Bambi will spend about 2 months in each phase (completing all training and being ready to start Bambi Mental Makeover within 6 months)
- The first 2 weeks are Deep Conditioning Weeks
Listen to at least 3 playlists per week, focusing on the Conditioning playlists for that week. Listen to each at least one.
- The next 6 weeks are Bambi Tune-Up Weeks.
Listen to 1-2 playlists each week. Focus on Tune-up and Fantasy playlists. Optionally, occasionally recondition with a Conditioning playlist from any current or previous phase. And if you really want to , you can try out a playlist from a future day or plan, or test out the Bambi Mental Makeover files.
- When you have completed all 3 phases, you can move onto training with the Bambi Mental Makeover files for as long as you like. Then, go back to Phase 1 and start over. And repeat as many times as your bimbo heart desires!

Year of the Bimbo - Standard, Tune-Up Only:
For Bambis who have recently finished all the conditioning, or you finished the 20 Days to Bambi Takeover plan. This is the same as the "Standard" plan but skips Conditioning Weeks. Each phase focuses on "Tune-up" with the optional "Fantasy" playlists. Mental Makeover is not mentioned because it's assumed you are training on that on your own time, anyway :)

Year of the Bimbo - Brainwashed Hypnoslut (Advanced):
This is an optional plan for Bambis with a particular desire.
Advanced users can always stick with the 'Standard' playlist and do not ever need to move onto this plan. It still uses all the same playlists from the Standard and Beginner plans

This plan is very different in structure from the above two plans.
The only reason you would move onto this playlist is if you want to try something different, all of your conditioning is already deep, and you love jumping between all of the different Bambi hypnosis files.

The goal of this training plan is to cycle consistently through all Bambi hypnosis audio without taking long breaks between each release. So, you will cycle through all three releases (Bimbodoll Conditioning, Fuckdoll Brainwash and additional files, and Mental Makeover) at the same time. This plan juggles all conditioning, but ensures your conditioning is even, complete, and thorough.

Rather than completely separate the phases, you'll rotate between them every few days. For example:

Day 1: Phase 1 Conditioning (From the Bimbodoll Conditioning session)
Day 2: Phase 1 Tune-up
Day 3: Phase 1 Fantasy
Day 4: Phase 2 Conditioning (From the Fuckdoll Brainwash session)
Day 5: Phase 2 Tune-up
Day 6: Phase 2 Fantasy

And so on. So, on Day 1, you would listen to a conditioning playlist with the "IQ lock" file. And when you cycle back to phase 1, you would listen to a "body lock" playlist (probably Day 11). Phase 3 days will include Reinforcement and Fantasy tracks. And Phase 4 days will include Bambi Mental Makeover playlists!

Of course, you won't need to worry about how it works! All of your playlists will be pre-determined by me :)  You'll easily be able to take as many breaks between days as you like. Or you can listen every day!
