SpaceX has their Starship construction and future launch site in Boca Chica, way down south. They also have an engine factory with test stand in McGregor, TX. I have no idea if they offer tours, but I doubt it. As to the Boca Chica site there are several high-quality live streams on YouTube that cover it 24x7.

Is there a video about it? 2) I'm in the geezer class at 76 y/o. When I was a boy there were many UFO sightings reported. Far more than now. I speculate that we have so much stuff in orbit that we have effectively built a UFO shield around the earth. Think about it.
