Julia is a very malicious trickster who is only interested in her own enjoyment and suffering of others. A lizard lady with demonic hairpins, on both sides of her head, that each have a single hand+arm of their own. Often times the hairpins have a mind of their own, but Julia does have a sudo control over them as well.
