Princess Power vs. Entrancer

It was something that the entire Justice Squad had barely managed to do, and here she was following him to his lair after the bank robbery and busting in demanding that he release his hypnotic thralls and surrender.
Of course no villain ever gave up without a fight, and so Princess Power was ready to unleash the strength of the Roman gods upon him. But as she flew towards him, her fists ready to flatten his face, he had simply waved his hand back and forth and said the word, “Relax.”
It was a simple word, but it caused her to land and her fists to open. Her shoulders relaxed and the urgency of capturing one of the most dangerous villains seemed to just fade away. She looked at him, dazed as he waved his hand once more and said, “Obey.”
Her thoughts and her agency left her. She stood there, obedient and empty awaiting his commands to give her purpose and give her desire. She wanted only to obey.
The Entrancer smiled, the money was good but had not really been what he was after. He knew that one foolish heroine would come to stop him and now he had a new play thing.
He waved his hand again, “Remove your Justice Squad tracker and follow me.”
Princess Power obeyed, no longer worried about how foolish this had been. No longer worried about anything.
