Haha, the two accents do sound very similar to people who aren't from NZ or Aus - I've only ever been asked if I'm Australian (online) and there are multiple people from YouTube who think I'm Australian :o. It's rare to meet someone from the northern hemisphere who can differentiate between the two, like they would have to deliberately study the differences to tell which accent is which! Thank you!
