Yes it was a great episode indeed :) Haha I love that. Andrew also told me in his comment that he never rated on IMBD. You are so funny. :D Ok next time I do talk about the people on IMBD, and how bad their ratings are, both of you can feel excluded :D :D :D

I guess 12 is a little high but it´s at least an 11,9 :D :D The Weevils scene was really cool. It gave me this feeling of uneasyness that hoorormovies can give you, if they are really good :) I have to rewatch that gauntlet scene :) The reveal of Marthas condidtion was shocking. Especially after what we have seen in the last Dr. Who finale. I licked that they picked up the theme of making people older. Hahaha I always forget that he´s invincible and am shocked everytime Jack dies again. Until a few seconds later, when I remember :D :D Oh that fight scene, don´t get me started... :D Haha I love how all of you suddenly tell me that you have nothing to do with the IMBD rating. That´s gold :D :D

2022-08-15 13:03:41 +0000 UTC"I wasn't ready to give up on you" - Captain Jack Harkness, Dead Man Walking This episode really pushed your buttons. It's a good episode. I'm not sure I'm rating it as high as 12 though. The Weevils in the church scene was pretty cool - not very original or scary or even necessary - but I still think it was cool. As they are attacked by the gauntlet, Ianto arms himself with a hockey-stick! And Captain Jack goes "eh?" I like the way they just show an unidentified hand for a few seconds in the frame after the gauntlet attack on Martha - only for the later reveal of Martha's condition. I always get surprised by Captain Jack resurrecting in the car. I rewind and see what I missed - he gets attacked by Death. And then I remember I got confused last time too. Owen talks to the leukaemia patient and then saves him and gets Tosh safe by kissing her while pushing her back behind the door and stealing her lock picking thing. That's a good scene. The fight? - yeah. BTW I've never rated anything on IMDB either.

And Owen's monologue at the end, I would just quote a few lines from it: "How long can you last here with only 12 victims? There's nothing here for you! Owen Harper's soul has left the building! (Camera switches to Tosh) There's nobody here but us dead men." P.S.: I'm glad you watched this episode a week ago, because you have to try to finish this season before watching the final (double) episode of Doctor Who S4.

Not necessarily my favourite of the season but tbh I have never really had an episode in my mind for "best of series 2". I will assure you though that I have never been onto IMDb and rated anything. So I can neither be blamed or applauded for any scores you see there!
