Selfie with the Champ!
Added 2020-05-06 22:43:50 +0000 UTCA bunch of squeakers causing a ruckus in the locker room after their big meet! Gotta commemorate the champ's first gold medal with a selfie~
This was more a challenge for me. I read from a tutorial that I should stop zooming in to a drawing while sketching so I decided to try it. The result was a much speedier drawing (4 hours!) and a big confidence boost with my sketching as it required a finer brush size than what I normally use for sketching. Though it did make me realize that a larger tablet or display tablet would come in handy as it is difficult to have line confidence since it required a lot of small hand movements to do some details. I was happy enough with the result that I didn't bother cleaning this up as I normally would (also cause there's just too many cuties in this picture). I certainly look forward to doing more sketches with this rule in mind. Enjoy!
