About commissions and request

When I make the request, I finish, except when the request are from tier-3 and tier-5, and my new tier-10. I renewed the request because they pay more and they have the right to request more pics.
When a tier-1 request new pics, I can't make more because Its only 3 special pics. Obviously they can see my latest pics (except tier-5 special images). I make more than 3 because I like that pics. If you want more pics of your favorite character, you have to wait or your have to pay tier-3 or tier-5 to have more content. I'm sorry to say that, but I have very little time to make the special pics. In a future, I can make more pics for tier-1, but only I can make 3 or less pics and that's not fair for other tiers.
