Good margins and good ROE. One mark on their fundamentals is the decline in Q/Q EPS...but this is expected to be positive for next year....so this leads me to believe that there is an opportunity here.
Food has had a tough year and it looks like they've had some industrial issues lately, these are short term issues I believe, so I will be watching this closely. I believe this has still a little more downside but I will be watching for support and consolidation in the buy zone
