I think the management are in a crisis here and they are doing everything they can to recreate a squeeze again to dilute shares and free up cash, because the industry is struggling....I don't blame them for this, I suppose you need to do what you can to survive.
3 resolutions, a stock split, Ape stock, management selling shares through a squeeze....it is painting a bleak picture and this is not a company I would advise anyone investing in. You buy here to gamble, that is all.

Iβll have to take a look at this but I believe the resolutions propose incorporating both share options
