Added 2023-02-23 10:10:42 +0000 UTCEarnings out before the market opens today. Talk about being at an important junction here. Has pulled back from its high of $220 and sitting just above the 200 Day Ma, which is sitting just above the 0.618 Fib, as we know, its firmly in the pull back zone we like to see here, so a good earnings and this can continue up for Wave 3, RSI is just at 30 which means its above to go into over sold territory too. MACD showing oversold aswell.
That being said, its also perfectly aligned with our Wave 3 down in Red, bad earnings and this will continue down to complete Wave 3 and of course, the RSI can continue down into oversold territory and the MACD could get worse.
So this to me, is a perfect example on taking a gamble on earnings, by just looking at the chart, you can not tell which direction this is guaranteed to go. I don't play these because the risk v reward is 50/50.
