When you are DCA'ing (Dollar Cost Averaging) your first position is always a small position, usually 20% of your total amount you wish to use to buy a particular stock, as it continues lower, you increase this to 25%, only when it has stabilised, i.e. finds support and higher lows and positive indications, do you add another 25% and when we are happy that we are in an impulse wave, add the remaining 15% and 15%.
