Patreon Changes - "Charge up front"
Added 2018-08-02 01:19:54 +0000 UTCPatreon has recently allowed more patreon content creators to use the "charge up front" feature, so I have enabled it for my account. My understanding of it is that new pledges and increased pledges will be charged immediately in addition to the first day of every month. If you are already a patron hat has no intention of changing his pledge, this change should not effect you. This feature is helpful for stopping people from abusing the system to get patron benefits without actually paying for them. You can probably expect many patreon content creators to enable this in the near future.
