Nice bounce here at our Subwave 3, just at the yellow line I have spoken about over the last few days, which was the previous support line and then became a resistance line, so far it has not been converted to a support line yet.
I want to be very clear here:
Wave 2 can be complete right now! We can be looking at the start of Wave 3 right now, it does not need to come down to the 0.618 Fib at $146. The 0.618 Fib is the most common place for Wave 2 to complete but also for $TSLA, it fills a gap exactly by going to $146. This does not mean that it has to go there, gaps fill 90% of the time but there is 10% of the time that they do not.
So if you like $TSLA, as a long term hold, I recommend not waiting for $146.
My concern is that Wave 2 can be a WXY (3 waves in each) or an ABC count ( 5 waves in A, 3 Waves in B and 5 Waves in C) so since the bear flag completed, we can see 3 waves completed already, so it does not need to complete 5 waves. I have set Wave 2 at the 0.618 Fib because at the $220 price, I said this would pull back to gap fill and to 0.618 Fib because this is a common area.
I hope this is clear now.
I got blamed for a lot of people missing the run from $102 to $220 even though everyone is in control of their own buys and sells so I want to be clear here. I know I have said this message a number of times in my last few $TSLA comments but I wanted to explain the reasoning for it.
