A general notice for all members:

- CHART REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE RECEIVED FROM THE MAIL FUNCTION IN THIS APP, ANY CHART REQUESTS PUT UP IN THE CHAT GROUPS ARE RESPECTFULLY NOT RESPONDED TO.

- I cannot recommend when to Buy or Sell as I am not a financial advisor, I can inform when I am buying or selling positions myself.

- The Patreon chat groups are only for current paid members.

- All chart requests (from Unlimited Tier members) must be sent through the mail function on this Patreon platform, obviously we have different Tiers for this group, so I must insist that it is only sent in this way, it also means I can access all requests in the same place, without going through each chat group to see what people are requesting

- This group is growing so please utilise the search function on the page to find charts before requesting, if there are no changes to the chart, then the current chart is still valid.

- 'I see - RC - after some ticker names, what is this?

Ans: - RC -  means 'Requested Charts', these are charts requested from our Unlimited Tier members and everyone sees the same charts.

- Every weekend my priority is to upload our Top 20 Chart List, I like to spend as much time as possible on these 20 charts over the weekend and add longer commentary. Requested charts are not usually completed over the weekend.

- All of our Top 20 Charts have buy zones and some regular charts have them too, a buy zone is an area where I have determined that if the share price enters this range, I consider it undervalued, with a margin of safety, buying in this zone is a priority for me. Even if a chart has a buy zone, it does not necessarily mean I think the price will definitely decline to this zone, it means that this is where I feel we would get maximum benefit if we bought in this range, ultimately the market decides whether or not it will decline to this range.

-Plagiarism of my charts is strictly prohibited, anyone using my charts and redressing them as their own on social media will be banned immediately. Likewise, sharing charts that I have posted privately on this page and uploading them to any social media (Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Whatsapp etc) is strictly not allowed.

- I will add my Buy Alerts and Sell Alerts in the TLI BUY AND SELL CHAT GROUP, if I have not stated that I have set a stop loss, you can assume that I have not set one, which means I am happy to buy if the price goes lower so I can add at a lower price.

- Buy zones will not be on every chart, I only put buy zones on charts that I have done a full fundamental and technical analysis on, so if there is a buy zone on the chart, the price range is an area where I am happy to buy in and it is a company I like and monitor very closely.

- We all have our own strategies, do not try and time the bottom, when a price hits your personal target, especially in a buy zone, feel confident and execute with conviction, buy zones are defined as stocks that are undervalued.

- Buy stocks to hold long term, think in terms of months and years. Only if a stock has considerably jumped and a better opportunity presents itself should you consider selling.

- My charts and analysis is an aid to help you to decide to buy or sell stocks, I will never say that this is a good time to buy or sell, you need to evaluate what your own strategy is and your own tolerance for risk. We have many members now with a wide range of strategies and tolerances, nobody is the same.

- Patreon Chat Group best practices: Let's refrain from talking in absolutes, some people are bullish, some people are bearish, your view is your view and nobody can take that away from you and rightly so. However, it is not fair to insist your view on everyone, you are entitled to explain your view and if you can provide information to back up your view, I believe this will benefit everyone.

- The hard work is always done before you buy. Never rush into a buy, wait for your target to hit and buy or sell, this is the greatest skill we can learn as investors. Impulse triggers and fear of missing out is one of the biggest threats to your investing journey.

- Prioritise sleep. If a stock is affecting you and keeping you awake or constantly on your mind, make a decision, is holding this stock worth your mental health? there is only one answer here.

- Let's have fun. If we can have fun in a bear market, then the bull market next will be fantastic.

- The Patreon Group Chat - The Long Investor - will be the primary place to chat and where I will be communicating daily.

- I am working on a number of documents and sources to help people learn charts and fundamental analysis and I will upload these onto Collections on the Main Page.

- I will continue to add services and value where I can. The core vision for my subscription is to provide 15 Charts a day onto my Patreon page and update weekly my Top 20 List, this will continue.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS GROUP:

This group has grown exponentially so I am sharing a few common FAQ's that will help make everything run smoothly and will help you settle and get the most from this group.

1. All charts are available on the Main Page, everyone gets access to the same charts.

2. There is a FAQ above, please take a read of this, it will make your experience a lot easier.

3. The Collections tab (top of the Main Page) is a folder where there is an incredible amount of Value:

The Learnings Centre and the Elliott Wave Theory Course are here in two folders.

Both folders have an incredible amount of value that will help you learn how to read charts, fundamentals, how to position size, how to Buy, Sell and Trim, how to identify Support Confirmation etc.

These two folders should be your starting point

The more time you can spend learning the lessons in these folders, the easier it is to read the charts and understand the commentary

This group has been going for 2 years now, we get the same questions over and over, so I have addressed these questions countless times and that is why I have lessons on these questions, so if you have a question, it is likely addressed here.

The Collections Tab also has:

Watchlist - folder: This is where I add all current bullish set ups and label them as - WATCHLIST - they are all stored here and it is one of the most popular features of this group

Safe Haven - folder - A safe haven is a position that typically does very well when the market declines, we are in a 2 year bull market now and we know it will likely come to an end soon, so we need to prepare for this, moving capital into Safe Haven positions helps you protect your capital and be ready to deploy when the market correction completes

My main Safe HAVEN position is Silver and I have been adding to it since March, to prepare my portfolio for a Market correction.

4. All chart requests are for Tier 2 PRO members only, do not ask for charts in the chat groups, it will be ignored.

5. The Top 20 list is also available in the FAQ and in the Collections folders, these charts are uploaded every Sunday evening and reviewed again mid week, typically on Weds, so there is no need to ask for one of these charts, they are watched very closely and any changes will be uploaded very quickly and again every Sunday.

6. NEVER ask me when to BUY, SELL or TRIM, I can not answer that for you.....I can lead you to the water but ultimately you make that decision to execute, I am not your portfolio manager, there are people in this group making $100,00's + each month and I get $37 a month for this, if I was your portfolio manager then I would be expecting to make 20% profit on your profits, I don't want that, I am trying to bring analysis to everyone and this is how I can do it......but we have 1800+ members now and I still see people asking me when I should buy or sell and I have no idea about anything they own or their plans, this is where you need to step up.

7. I engage a lot in the chat groups but ultimately my time needs to be spent on analysing positions, I want 90% of my time analysing, not responding to the same questions I get daily in the chat group, so if I do not respond, please do not take it personal but if it is a question that can be simply answered by looking at the chart or commentary then I will not respond to this question.

8. Now and again, especially with wild swings in the market around big events, emotions can run high, this usually happens when the PM opens and when the market opens, within the first 30 mins of each, there will be people who react without thinking or remembering their strategy, this happens a lot and this is how the market works and the market needs people like this because they are the people who panic sell and smart money buys....they will usually make wild comments to create an atmosphere that tries to reinforce their own belief.....this is toxic and I have zero tolerance for it.

I usually give people time to understand and grow but if this is an ongoing thing, I will ask them to leave, this is not X, this is a private group, people spend their hard earned money to be here, if you can not control your emotions then take some time to learn how to do this and then return, until then we will focus on staying on our strategy and that is the reason we have been able to make the gains we have this year.

9. I will always share my Buys and Sells, your strategy may not be the same as mine and that is fine, it is a guide to show you how I build and add to my portfolio, I am not a high risk investor, although I don't avoid risk, I wait for set ups and I execute in a controlled manner (I discuss this in Collections in The Learning Centre)

Holding positions for 3 - 5 years is very standard for me and I do not care for weekly movements as long as the structure stays in place

If your strategy aligns with mine, then we will go far together, otherwise, use the charts and commentary for your own style

10. We have a very professional community in the Chat Rooms, everyone is there to help each other and share their knowledge and I am very proud of what we have created here and I believe it has helped many people get the gains they have these last 2 years, I want to maintain this high level always, so lets keep doing what we are doing.
