When reading charts, we like to look for break outs of wedges or resistance lines, then watch for a retest of this former resistance and see if it can hold then as a support line. So far, this has done this, a break above the previous high, would be bullish here. I can't say when to buy or sell, I can confirm when something is looking bullish or bearish.
