It can go below the 0.38 Fib line now and come back to the 0.5 Fib at $68 and complete its ABC count...both options are valid and both options mean this is still in an impulse wave.
The ABC count is expected regardless and this would mean that when it is complete, Wave 2 is complete and we can look forward to Wave 3 up next.
