1. Broke out of a long 2 year downward trend.
2. Pulling back and holding at the 0.618 and the lowest point holding above the 0.65 Fib.
3. Holding outside of the downward channel.
4. I can see three waves in this Wave 2.
5. 55% down from its All Time High but travel has completely recovered.
6. The risk is a small reduction in domestic travel but Southwest has the lowest cost base, if any company can weather this, it is Southwest.
7. Southwest is going nowhere, the price will recover, it is a matter of when.
8. FWD PE of 9, P/S OF 0.76.
