$SE is starting to find its feet and recovered 10% now since its low.
We saw this behaviour with $BABA when it went lower than what we expected and we made the decision to stick with it regardless of what happens....knowing that even if it went as low as the buy zone, it was offering incredible value and we were happy with that but also, if it reversed at any stage, we would still be in and benefit from the early reversal.
Good points to take from this:
1. Stick with your stocks that we have evaluated to be undervalued, especially those that I have announced as Buy Alerts, as I have done the evaluation for you. The decline below $56 on the $SE chart appears to be a stop losses raid too.
2. You do not always have to set a stop loss.....I rarely set a stop loss.
Stop losses suit traders who are leveraged, long term investors often seek more value after they buy, I will always accumulate after my first buy while the price is around or ever lower than where I bought....$ABNB, $DAL, $PYPL, $BABA are all examples of this lately for me.
3. Have trust in the chart and the evaluation, setting a stop loss or selling the moment the chart goes below a certain level, may mean you did not trust the evaluation to begin with and that is perfectly fine, I do not expect you to trust everything I say, some companies are easier to hold than others....but evaluate what you think of the company/stock before you buy, if you are not prepared to hold it long term, it may not be worth the frustration watching and waiting for it to reverse.
