I’ll help explain the lessons and rules in this book so you can all understand how to read charts.
I can see that there continues to be difficulty understanding how support and resistance levels work and how Fib levels work.
For example: it appears that people believe that if the price does not hold a particular Fib level, the chart and structure is some how invalidated. This is not the case, price action can hold at any Fib level, however for example, Wave 2 typically holds at the 0.618 in perfect market conditions…a week like this week, external factors like mass selling is going to put every stock under pressure and a price can move down to the next Fib level to test support and so on.
It is so important that people take the time to take in these lessons and/or read this book because your investing journey will not improve unless you learn.
