I believe this bounce since July is only a relief bounce and we can see that the bounce has come up to the 0.5 Fib at $106 so far, it may go higher to the $108 level but ultimately this is going down.
The Value of the dollar will continue to depreciation since its peak in 1984....this year is no different.
