These blue lines which are support/resistance lines that I have developed are so important to identify and confirm trends.
This is bearish leveraged Real Estate ETF and is amplified when there is concerns with the Real Estate market.
Also notice the 50 Day MA has crossed through the 200 Day comfortably now, confirming the bullish trend further.
