An important chart was shared in the Telegram group earlier that many institutions bought massively into $PYPL in Q2, the share price has still declined since then so the explanation is that retail is selling or the institutions took a swift U turn and started selling again....the latter option is not common.
Institution investors increased their buying from on average $3-$4 Billion each quarter to $19 Billion in $Q2....substantial difference.
We buy like institutional investors, we seek value as they do and they typically hold for long term
There is no denying that value is on the table right now for $PYPL and the share price is staying down as rates continue to stay high.
For the chart, we are still in the buy zone and still in this red wedge.
We want it to stay here or above and not dip below both of these ranges.
