[ WIP ] Modular floors

I gave a try to create my own floors textures as I did with the latest wallpapers collection to see if it gives more flexibility and it gave me an idea: What about creating a modular floors collection? I remember I looked for that type of CC for long hours without so much success.
It's longer to apply than a simple floor in the game but I think the result gives the opportunity to a lot of different sizes and shape for our exteriors.
I hope you'll enjoy it because it will be the next collection ^^ I'd like to create a small video now to show you how to use it.
