Remember the stocks that you hold are only relative to you.

You may see your stocks declining and feel as though it is only your portfolio that is down but that is not the case. The vast majority of stocks are down, even the Mega Caps that are fundamentally stronger than most countries are declining $AAPL, $MSFT etc.

The market is in a clear down trend since pulling back and as much as we were anticipating it, it doesn't make it any easier to deal with.

Market pull backs happen, every year, every cycle and some are more severe than others.

You are in this group because you signed up to be part of the Long Investor group, not the short term trading group.

For me, this pull back has presented nothing more than opportunities for me to add but I can see that a lot of people are still struggling to switch away from short term thinking to long term thinking.

Many in this group have only been here for a few weeks/months.....I can not change your thinking in this short period of time without going through these cycles with you and hopefully you can learn how to deal with these cycles as we are in them......the last 2 years in market has hurt a lot of people and they have lost a lot of money, they still have the same approach to investing then as they do now, I can not change this in a few weeks unless you want to change how you invest yourself and listen to our approach. You need to be able to endure the pull backs and take advantage of them or you will continue to lose money and not me, Buffet or anyone is going to change your approach to investing.

My group has been set up with the aim to focus on my Top 20 Charts, which are low risk stocks and ETFs, following these companies only this year and you would have made a lot of money.

My Buy Alerts and Charts of the Week are for fundamentally and technically strong companies, you do not need to buy these if you do not wish to.

This group is solely here to assist you on your own investing journey, it is up to you to use the charts to decide whether you want to buy or sell. The best investors in this group ask little questions because they:

1. Read the Elliott Wave Made Simple Book

2. They listen to the commentary under every chart

3. They practice in their own time

4. They control their emotions

Investing is not a kids game, you are dealing with your hard earning money and you want to make money from it, so if you want to be serious about this and your future then learn how to understand the charts and the 4 points above.

This group is not about following me blindly because most do not have the same strategy as me.

Many believe if I post a buy alert, the share price will immediately go up. This is not the case, it means I am happy where my average is and adding to my holdings now is somewhere I am comfortable with and if the share price goes lower, I have capital aside to add....this is a simple safe strategy.

Remember, if you bought from my Buy Alerts, you have bought fundamentally strong companies.
