It has spent the last 12 months in a declining wedge and does not look like breaking out of it anytime soon, the likely movement will be to the Wave 5 spot next.
A break out of the wedge and the targets are as shown, first this needs to stay above the 200 Day MA and if the 50 Day MA can cross cleanly through this MA, it could be a bullish sign,
