Where airlines collapsed, 100,000's of workers became unemployed and the airlines consolidated in this time, the lowest price $AAL got to was $8.34....the price is now at $12.30, with the potential of Wave 2 to come down to the 0.887 Fib at $10.38.
If the airline industry can survive what happened when global travel shut down during Covid then it will have no problem rebounding after an increase in oil prices.
Airlines absorb these costs by raising ticket prices, a lot of the airline carriers raise their prices together, it is not exactly fair market practice but it is commonly done.
This will not stop air travel.
So I am looking at entry points now, the 0.887 Fib is appealing or the Covid lows, where support is found, i'll add.
$AAL, $DAL or $LUV.
