Well I guess I'd have been in my early 30s (I'm 54 now). All I used then was photoshop? No 3d model tools at all as then there were only "skins" over the models (like TS4 face skins today). So you edited the skin on the in-game model to what you wanted it to look like. It took time and I was most certainly self-taught at that. As for my illness unfortunately it's for life but there's no pity party here. tysm for your well wishes though <3

2024-06-12 10:54:23 +0000 UTCI can absolutely relate. Once upon a time I made entire room sets with matching walls/floors for TS2. I started out making landscaping items like flowers/bushes as there was a severe lack at the time. I did a ton of those, but started making room sets too. So yeah I know how it is! Burned me the heck out. I'd love to learn again with the latest tools but I'm just too unwell. So I'll just fangirl on my fave TS4 creators instead. And you my dear are in my top 5! No joke :)

We can use baseboards I created for The Dark Academia Collection or those made by someone else. Iβm also thinking about making a recolor with a full white swatches. I started months ago but never finished the set yet π
