This is because these games and ones published by Kagura games, let you patch in the sex parts on a different site. They always try to avoid mentioning any kind of sex to make sure they don't get flagged. Which is how some of the loli games got published there.

They make funny screeching noises when not making their 6 million billion $$$ a year.... There was already a World war scale fighte to accept +18 games. Funny enough AI * Shoujo and any other illusion games are somehow accepted while you could create "small" characters and all of their products are seamlessly accepted. Anyway this can't be helped we live in an age where the majority of people derives sexual satisfaction from being triggered. I would have been more than happy to see LonaRPG in my steam directory but I don't really care until I can support you here! Keep up!
