Hypnosis Trap for Phantom Thieves

He was then hypnotized into stripping to his Hello Kitty underwear and turning himself into the police. Presenting himself as a crazy person in his underwear got him a night in jail but since he didn't steal anything, he was let loose and had to run home in his briefs, crying like a loser to himself.
