I think many are expecting most Semi companies to behave like $NVDA and go parabolic and keep going.....unfortunately this is not always common, $NVDA had almost a monopoly on its generative Ai chips and was way ahead of the sector....$AMD and other companies are trying to eat into their market share....so we can not assume that $AMD and other Semi companies will automatically behave like $NVDA and $SMCI....they had first mover advantage and their earnings drastically improved YoY, this did not happen with $AMD today.
That being said, $AMD is still on the right path.
AH trading is showing the price back below the blue line now which is healthy, so I have added in the green Fib levels now to show where support needs to come from.
If I can see support held between the 0.5 Fib and the 0.618 Fib, which was the high from May, then I will add, which has always been the plan, to wait for a pull back to add and not chase, we may get it now.
