The price has rounded out and broke out of its descending wedge, now above its 20, 50 and 200 Day MA and testing to make a new higher high above $3.95
My upside targets are $6.20 and $9.

I would make a point of saying I have purchased. I need to be strict on myself because I chart so many companies, I can't buy them all...I prefer lower risk normally.
