If $MSFT breaks above $377 then a higher high is made and Final Subwave 5 of Wave 5 is triggered for me.
I believe there is 10% available at the very least here, I have Wave 5 going to the 2.27 Fib at $411 but we are seeing on a lot of charts that Wave 5 is running high, so we will not be surprised by this.
Subwave 3 is longer than Subwave 1 here so all the requirements are met, so Subwave 5 can run for as long as it likes, within the Fib extensions.
We will watch this closely as always.
