The market has welcomed this development and is up 10% in the PM now.
We spoke about a need for a catalyst here for $FSR and this may be it to reverse
I have added in the impulse count, as the higher low on the 20th of Dec is fine for Wave 2 completing.
A break above the previous high at $1.70 will confirm Wave 3, which is set at $1.96.
