$16 remains the level to test and flip to support, then this is into the bull case and a move up to our Wave 3 target at the 1.618 Fib is possible.
The market has not been in favour of strong moves like this so this may continue to move sideways until the market is ready.....but this certainly looks in a position to take advantage of favourable market conditions when they return.
