It has also not made new ATH's this year, unlike Gold either.
That being said, there is still a lot of opportunity available here.
Price has broken out of the channel, above the 0.618 Fib and is now above the 50 and 200 Day MA's, after successfully testing and holding above the 200 Day MA.
I believe this is in the Bull Case and can continue higher to Wave Y as shown over the next few years.

I bought this years ago very cheap at $9 and still own it. Stabilized my portfolio during rough times and I collected dividends. Do you have a price target?
