Not seeing the set up for a reversal right now
Price has rejected at the 50 Day MA and the top blue line and not seeing the start of an impulse wave right now, so a lower low is still a high possibility next.
So the 0.5 Fib at $20.50 is still likely at the very least.
$RKLB getting short attacked yesterday is likely the cause of the weak performance here too.

But AST still has an edge , starlink struggles to meet regulatory requirements, less advanced technology etc
