Very clean and aggressive breakout today with the HSI up 3% now, which is an enormous bounce and exactly what we have been expecting.
We are watching HSI closely because it is a metric on how our Chinese ADRs will behave
and is anyone surprised to see the HSI jump on the day that the US CPI came in hot at 3.2%?
Remember, we believe the Chinese market is somewhat of a hedge against a US correction, it is not confirmed yet but having securities in this market can be a safeguard against the US market.
