I have added the green impulse count here but on one condition, that the price can stay above the 200 Day MA, where I have added in the red line and clear state: 'Needs to hold 200 Day MA'
A break down below the 200 Day MA and this count will be invalidated so it is by no means a certainty now.
If the price can continue to hold on the 0.78 Fib and above the 200 Day MA, then the bulls have a chance to bring this up to the 1.618 Fib at $21.67 next....a 100% jump.
