This has been running strong since the low in November as more capital is rushing into Dividend stocks as a safe haven and store of value.
Very clean ascending triangle breakout here and using the 50 Day MA as support as it moves higher.
There is a route to $45 here to complete Wave 5
Dividend payout is also 3.54%
