We find the First and Second Targets by taking the width of the triangle the price action can potentially breakout of next and insert it at the breakout level.
In this case, we can see that the width leads exactly up to the ATH line at $49....this is not a coincidence.
To find the First Target, we just use the 0.5 Fib of the width, which is simply half the width.
So if Silver breaks above $30 and holds, it moves up to the targets next.
