Added 2024-07-18 12:33:10 +0000 UTC$CMG is a company that intrigues me, a company that is now valued at $75 Billion which has effectively very weak barriers to entry but has done an excellent job expanding, keeping costs low and doing the simple things correctly.....I love the food aswell....but there is nothing stopping another company coming into this market and doing the same, it may take time but there is a risk that market share can be taken her
Which always amazed me how heavy Bill Ackman went in here but he has been corrected.
Now the fundamentals are stretched and very similar to $COST.
PE is now at 59 and I don't think it deserves this high premium, this is a premium you would expect in an AI company right now.
So I believe $CMG has started its ABC correction, it has already lost its 50 Day MA and a test of the 200 Day MA is next at $52.20, losing this level at $37.32 is next.

Bill got in here in early 2016 and turned it around. He continually triming Chipotle as it rises as there's rules as to how much Pershing square can hold. I think he's up 600%.
