We can see on the chart that the price is testing the top channel now for a breakout at $23, having held on the 0.618 Fib and the 50 Day MA at $15 in December
So a break and hold above $23 and a new high above $24 then the bullish trend is confirmed and the 1.618 Fib becomes in play at $38.
