The market is in troubled water right now as it battles to regain the 200 Day MA

PCE Core has come in hotter than expected and this will put pressure on the FED to hold rates again for next month instead of cutting....which is something Trump wants to see done.

With $HIMS I will happy to see the price action range between $38 - $31 or even to the 0.618 Fib at $29.

I have spoke about the need to have patience here for awhile now and staying within the dimension of this Cup is no problem for me until the dust settles and the market finds its feet.

A consolidation is something I always like to see and it does show strength, as the market has decided that this is the accumulation phase, where smart money adds while impatient sellers get triggered, we know which camp we are in.

Would falling to the .618 fib @ $29 invalidate the potential wave 1+2 since the Wave C - as this is lower than the Wave C bottom @ $31?

Nice. This is my first month joining the group so I’m learning Cap’s style. Thank you for the info

Nick Numbers

Selling at a loss is completely up to you. But Cap doesn’t take a position unless the fundamentals are strong, the technicals are right and he’s very confident in long term gain. If the price goes way down, he holds as long as he needs to, assuming the fundamentals don’t change. I think he even had a quarter on this in a post saying, “I don’t take losses.”

Charlie

I guess it depends on when you bought shares. The GLP-1 story has changed (no longer allowed to compound), Novo lawsuit incoming.

Nick Numbers

What about the business has changed? It all comes down to your timeline. If it’s long term you’d want the opportunity to buy more shares below the blue line

Alex

Good question. Hope he replies

Marek

I understand we invest long term, however do you ever cut losses? For example, if HIMS drops below the blue line (Bear Case) do you sell? Or do you continue to hold?
