We can see that it pulled back with $TLT over the last 2 months when the FED initiated their First Rate cut.
Price has pulled back to the 0.78 Fib and has so far found support and already back above the 50 and 200 Day MA's too.
$TLT is holding on its own 0.78 Fib but is not above its own 50 and 200 Day MA's yet.
ISO4 Wave 3 target remains at the 1.618 Fib at 3.8 which is also a blue support/resistance line.
