There has only been a 1 wave bounce so far, so we can not tell if this is the start of a new impulse wave after potentially completing Wave C.
Recapturing the 0.618 Fib at $133 or a higher low next will be a good start.
$TGT still needs another good earnings to show that things are improving but the R v R here is likely positive on the reward side.
