Price is also below the 200 WMA and in between the 0.5 Fib and 0.618 Fib range too
This range feels bottomly to me but support still needs to be confirmed.
If $OXY can work its way back above the important Fib levels at $49 and $55, this would bring the price back above the important MA's too
I feel at these levels, you are getting an excellent long term hold position.
