New Patreon Discord Server

I've created a new patreon discord server for everyone to join, as using the Valyn Storyverse as a patron server was proving to be troublesome for a number of reasons. I am sure that all of you with discord integrated with patreon are well aware of this new development... seriously everyone, I'm so sorry.
