Undervalued both fundamentally and technically, strong history and management, Cash heavy, 20% Buy back approved and comfortably in the Buy Zone.
I have added twice since the pull back started and will have no issue adding again soon.
I see at least a 100% return on my investment at this level.

Fundamentally PayPals new management team has spent the last year refocusing their strategy into creating a frictionless experience at the time of check out , which translates at the end to a better check out experience on the customers side of the transaction and more sales on the merchant side, creating a flywheel effect that will be translated into a much more dominant player in their industry.
