$ADUR - CEO INTERVIEW -

I spoke to the CEO and CRO of this company last night for an hour, it is a company I have been researching for a number of months now because I became aware of technology they have developed that is ground breaking.

In short, they have invented a water based recycling technology, that effectively uses low energy to break down plastic with water.

This has not been done before and they own 8-10 patents on this technology.

I got to ask a number of questions regarding their finances, their future and how secure their moat is.

Their closest competitor can break down 1 Tonne of Plastic at a cost $2500 - $2700, whereas $ADUR can do for an estimate price of $340.

Naturally this got my attention.

They are in the middle of developing a Pilot project to demonstrate their technology and it is expected to be shown in Q3 this year.

For us, right now I am seeing the chart in Wave 2 and the price can still pull back to the 0.618 Fib at $3.25 to test for support.....but there has been a strong bounce already between the 0.5 Fib and 0.618 Fib and the price is already above the 0.5 Fib now at $4.31

I am considering a position here because the price action could front run the project this year which would put this in Wave 3, with a target at $13.78.

I have a direct link to management here and I will continue to get updates on their progress.

I believe holding above $3.20 and accumulating a position here makes sense but you must be prepared to hold until 2027 at the very least.

The low risk entry would be adding above the 50 WMA at $4.66, above the 0.38 Fib level.

There is an inherent misconception that some retail investors may be missing in this equation, and that is the cost of getting rid of waste plastic for any producer in the US or Europe to send to a landfill. Many assume it does not cost anything, so what is the incentive to recycle unless it is regulated? And that is false, in the US and as per Grok, the average cost per ton for a clean waste stream is: Average estimate: ~$130–$150/ton for domestic landfill disposal, assuming a 50–100 mile transport distance and moderate regulatory fees. In Europe on the other hand, the average estimate is ~$350–$450/ton, reflecting Western European costs with moderate transport and full EPR compliance, and that is expected to increase substantially this year and over the years, leading to new mandates of recycled material requirements (EPR regulations) I tried the numbers above for contaminated waste plastic is even way higher: Total Estimated Cost (US): Average estimate: ~$250–$350/ton, assuming moderate contamination, 50–100 mile transport, and standard landfill disposal. Total Estimated Cost (Europe): Average estimate: approximately $550–$700 per ton, reflecting Western European costs with moderate impacts from transport, EPR, and the Plastic Levy. The notion that recycling is effective due to regulations is entirely incorrect. Companies are looking for an effective solution, regardless of whether rules are being imposed or not. Regulations will enforce faster adoption, etc, but really, all that I keep hearing is plastic producers are sick and tired of ineffective solutions like Pyrolysis that cost c. 2-2,500$ to fully recycle a ton of waste plastic and result in a ver low quality output

For those of you in Europe and Canada Aduro can be bought under these tickers: Canada: CSE: ACT, Europe: FSE: 9D5 and clearly Nasdaq under ticker: ADUR. I find the bid/ask spread in Canada narrower sometimes so I sometimes buy in Canada instead of the US

Just filled some shares. For those considering $ADUR, please note that the float is only 17.9 million; the remainder is held by insiders, who own 39%, and long-term investors hold a significant portion. I typically set a limit for my buys and keep my bids open until complete
